Hello there!
My name is Alvaro and I'm a 30-year-old musician from Barcelona. I work as a full-time software developer with an 80% contract to have time for music. I compose on my own time and I'm searching for a band to play and get back into band practice and live music in general!
When I was in Barcelona I used to play in several bands as a guitarist, both lead and rhythm, mainly doing metal (Viking metal, Melodic death metal, Heavy metal / Hard rock) but I am open to a lot of other styles as I like all kinds of music. I stopped playing for a bit when I came to Germany and since 2 years I've been getting into playing more regularly again. Since then I've also been practicing more with bass guitar so I am also really happy to join a band as a bass player and explore the instrument more.

Happy to get in contact with other musicians and play together, but I am also searching for something with a bit more drive and commitment, no matter what type of band or music it is :) I currently don't have any amplifiers as I mostly play through my audio interface, but I have budget for equipment if need be.
